If you can’t log in to your Livara account, try these steps:
1️⃣ Check You’re on the Right Site/App
Mobile: Download Livara Health from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
2️⃣ Double-Check Your Email & Password
Make sure your email is the one you registered with
Passwords are case-sensitive
3️⃣ Reset Your Password
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page
Enter your registered email
Check your inbox (and Spam/Junk folder) for the 6-digit verification code
Enter the code and set a new password
4️⃣ Verify Your Email is Activated
If you never completed registration, search your inbox for "Activate Your Livara Health Account"
Click the latest link and finish registration
Contact support@livarahealth.com to receive a new link if needed
Still Can’t Log In?
Contact us at support@livarahealth.com and include:
Your full name and DOB
The email address you registered with
A screenshot of the error (if possible)
Submit a ticket HERE if you have not already.
