The Livara Health app makes it easy to access your appointments, exercises, and chat with your provider right from your phone or tablet. Follow the steps below to download and get started.
Important: You can also access your account through the Livara Website on either a mobile or desktop device: member.livarahealth.com
For iPhone/iPad (iOS) Download
Link to App Store Listing
Open the App Store on your device.
In the Search bar, type:
Livara Health
(You may also see “Livara” as the app name.)Tap Get or the download icon.
Wait for the app to install, then tap Open.
Log in using your Livara account email and password, or follow the prompts to complete registration.
For Android Phones/Tablets Download
Link to Play Store Listing
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
In the Search bar, type:
Livara HealthTap Install.
Once the app is installed, tap Open.
Log in with your Livara account email and password, or follow the prompts to complete registration.
Tips for a Smooth Download
Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong mobile data signal.
Ensure your device has enough storage space to install the app.
Update your phone’s operating system to the latest version for best compatibility.
How to remove the Livara App
iOS:
- Locate the app on your Home Screen or in the App Library.
- Touch and hold the app icon until a pop-up menu appears.
- Tap "Remove App" from the menu.
- In the next menu, tap "Delete App".
- Tap "Delete" to confirm the action.
- You can also find apps in the App Library, which is the last page you reach by swiping left on your Home Screen. From there, touch and hold the app icon to find the "Delete App" option
Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Manage apps and devices.
- Tap the Manage tab and select the Livara app
- Tap Uninstall
What happens after you delete the app:
Deleting the application does not delete your personal data. You will still be able to sign in to your account by going to member.livarahealth.com. You may also re-download the application if you want to by following the steps outlined above.
