How to Enable Push Notifications for the Livara Health App
If you're not receiving notifications from the Livara Health app, follow these steps to turn them on:
For iPhone/iPad (iOS)
1️⃣ Enable Notifications in iPhone Settings
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Scroll down and tap Notifications
- Find and tap Livara Health
- Toggle Allow Notifications to ON (green)
- Customize your preferences:- Lock Screen - Show alerts when phone is locked
- Banners - Choose banner style
- Sounds - Enable notification sounds
- Badges - Show notification count on app icon
 
For Android Devices
1️⃣ Enable Notifications in Android Settings
- Open Settings on your Android device
- Tap Apps or Applications
- Find and tap Livara Health
- Tap Notifications
- Toggle Allow notifications to ON
- Adjust notification categories and importance levels as needed
Troubleshooting
Still not receiving notifications?
- Restart your phone - This often fixes notification issues
- Check Do Not Disturb mode - Make sure it's turned off
- Update the app - Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store
- Check Battery Saver mode - Some battery saver modes block notifications
- Reinstall the app - Uninstall and reinstall the Livara Health app
