How to Enable Push Notifications for the Livara Health App

If you're not receiving notifications from the Livara Health app, follow these steps to turn them on:

For iPhone/iPad (iOS)

1️⃣ Enable Notifications in iPhone Settings

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Scroll down and tap Notifications
  • Find and tap Livara Health
  • Toggle Allow Notifications to ON (green)
  • Customize your preferences:
    • Lock Screen - Show alerts when phone is locked
    • Banners - Choose banner style
    • Sounds - Enable notification sounds
    • Badges - Show notification count on app icon

For Android Devices

1️⃣ Enable Notifications in Android Settings

  • Open Settings on your Android device
  • Tap Apps or Applications
  • Find and tap Livara Health
  • Tap Notifications
  • Toggle Allow notifications to ON
  • Adjust notification categories and importance levels as needed

Troubleshooting

Still not receiving notifications?

  • Restart your phone - This often fixes notification issues
  • Check Do Not Disturb mode - Make sure it's turned off
  • Update the app - Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store
  • Check Battery Saver mode - Some battery saver modes block notifications
  • Reinstall the app - Uninstall and reinstall the Livara Health app
